Through the agriculture, the participation of the people to the work at the farm and the outdoor activities, we have as a goal to promote the already existing potential of the participants and to cultivate new ones, so that a continuous and visible improvement on the performance and on the team’s cohesion is achieved.

From early on we can deal with the feeding of animals in the farm, horse riding lessons, mountain rides, outdoor games, activities and at the end of the day, bbq!
